Dr. Mervin is a 1996 graduate of Kansas State University School of Veterinary Medicine.,  After graduation she completed an internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at Auburn University.  She has practiced in Minnesota, Florida and North Carolina.  She and her family have relocated to Lee's Summit to join the LSAHN team and be closer to their grandchildren. 

Dr. Mervin's professional interests include internal medicine, soft tissue surgery and dental care. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and is committed to strengthening the human/animal bond during all phases of a pet's life.  When Dr. Mervin is not working she enjoys spending time with her two kids at home, being outside and running half marathons.
